Shipping Policy

Hours of Shipping: 9 am to 4 pm CST – Monday Through Friday.

Heritage Flower Company ships by UPS, FedEx, and through our Preferred Truck Carriers.

Freight Charges

​

Freight charges are NOT INCLUDED IN PRICING.

Freight charges are determined after product is packed and weighed.

Heritage Flower Company will be happy to provide estimated freight but these are subject to change based on final product weight and dimensions.

Heritage Flower Company has a thorough and careful shipping procedure. We pack and inspect every item before shipping. Prior to shipping, the product and boxes are inspected and some are randomly examined to ensure quality. We may at time, re-wrap,  re-box and/or add multiple layers of packing materials for added protection against breakage damage during transit.

Heritage Flower Company accepts rush orders but each order must be verified prior to planning out a shipment. Rush orders will require that we have on-hand inventory. If a rush order needs to ship by air, it MUST be placed and confirmed by noon CST. We must charge a $15.00 Expedited and Handling Fee for Rush Shipments. All Air Shipment charges are the responsibility of the customer. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and some International orders may be shipped by air, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Refused Shipments/Re-Consigned Shipments

​

Customer is responsible for all freight charges on refused or re-consigned shipments.

All refused shipments are subject to $5.00 restocking fee and freight charges both ways.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Basics

​

All returns must be authorized within 10 days of receipt of shipment for a credit, less any applicable shipping charges. A $5.00 restocking fee will be assessed on returns.

 

Please call (877) 359-7626 to get a return authorization number (RMA) BEFORE you send back any product.

 

All returns must be marked with the RMA number on the outside of the carton. 

 

Authorized returns MUST be sent back to Heritage Flower Company within 10 days from return approval date to our shipping address :

Unauthorized returns and those returns without an RMA will be refused.  

 

Heritage Flower Company will not accept returns on any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care.

Claims

​

PLEASE INSPECT OUTSIDE CARTONS BEFORE SIGNING A DELIVERY RECEIPT OR BILL OF LADING.

 

If there is any visible damage to the outside of boxes, please follow the below steps:


1. Take a picture of box damage from several angles and email this to us at info@HeritageFlower.com

2. Please open box and inspect product inside for any damage, or breakage. *If product inside the box is damaged, taking photos will help expedite filing claim process with the Carrier.


3. Please remember to mark the Delivery Receipt or Bill of Lading as “Damaged Goods” before signing and accepting shipment. Failure to write “Damage” or “Damaged Goods” on the Bill of Lading may exempt Heritage Flower Company from responsibility and affect claim procedure.


4. Notify Heritage Flower Company immediately for further assistance (Within 10 days is Mandatory).

Shipping is F.O.B. Crown Point, IN 46307Heritage Flower Company inspects all products and boxes before they are shipped.  

Please notify
Heritage Flower Company within 10 days upon receipt of your shipment for any quality or defect issues. Heritage Flower Company will accept documented defective products for credit or replacement. All returned good must have an RMA so please contact us if you need to replace or return defective products. 

Heritage Flower Company produces top quality handcrafted items and on some occasions some items will have slight cosmetic variations in color, texture, or finish that are common in nature to handcrafted items.

We do not consider these cosmetic variations as flaws or make the product defective. If you are not satisfy wit your purchase or if the product is not what you expected it to be please email or call us. 


If a product replacement is necessary, Heritage Flower Company will ship replacement product once the original product has been received/inspected at our facility or sooner if special arrangements have been made.  If you require replacement merchandise quicker, please email or call us.

Credit on Returned Items

​

Only authorized returned merchandise will be credited upon receipt of shipment. Heritage Flower Company will apply your credit less the ($5.00) restocking fee to your account. If you used a credit card to make your purchase, please allow 7-10 business days for your credit to appear or possibly until you next statement or the next billing cycle. Unauthorized returns or authorized returns received at Heritage Flower Company facility past the 30 days from RMA issued date or without any RMA will not receive any credit.

Free of Defect and Custom-made Products

​

Heritage Flower Company reserves the right to refuse any returns and/or offer any refunds for any special request, customized designs, custom made-items or modified items shipped to the customer.

 

All of our products are manufactured according to the specifications of the Heritage Flower Company and we inspect all of our items before shipping to be free of defects.

Outdoor Product Damage

​

Heritage Flower Company will not be held responsible for any damages to our products caused by outdoor weather, or sun fading.
